Built on Oracle Analytics Cloud and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse, NetSuite Analytics Warehouse helps customers spot patterns and quickly surface insights from NetSuite and third-party data to enhance decision making and uncover new revenue streams.
NetSuite Analytics Warehouse extends NetSuite SuiteAnalytics, which provides embedded real-time reporting and metrics dashboards using NetSuite data, enabling customers to enrich their analyses with data beyond NetSuite on a single analytics platform. The first and only prebuilt data warehouse and analytics solution for NetSuite customers, NetSuite Analytics Warehouse offers:
- Easy and secure data transfer.
- Enriched analytics with third-party and NetSuite data.
- Ready to use role-based analytics.
Additionally, NetSuite also announced that it has expanded its Advanced Customer Support service to provide prescriptive playbooks that help customers accelerate their return on investment.
The playbooks are based on experience and data from thousands of implementations and will help customers address operational challenges such as revenue recognition, project profitability, and supply chain management, as well as cross-functional processes like quote to cash. The playbooks also support key growth milestones, such as geographic expansion, IPO preparation, and merger/acquisition activity.

Through November 24, customers will receive a 20 percent discount on Advanced Customer Support Optimize or Architect subscriptions and the corresponding Extended Service packs.
