It’s no secret that Ogg is proud to partner with great companies. With their help, we’re able to put together incredible tech stacks. We’re are so impressed by the solutions we provide that we’re happily using them in our office as well.

We’re constantly keeping an eye out for new products like Aircall and Expensify to further expand and evolve our stack, this also means we constantly review the software we’re using internally and recommending to our customers. We make sure we’re offering the best available solutions, as a result, our recommendations change over time.

In this blog, I’ll go through a few of the products in our tech stack and describe how we use them in our day to day operations to give you an idea of how these solutions could improve your business.


When it comes to enterprise resource planning (ERP) there are few pieces of software that can compare to the likes of NetSuite. We’re yet to come across an ERP provider who provides such robust core financial and tax management functionality and ultimately, a platform that enables a business to scale without limit. We use NetSuite extensively to handle financials, payroll and employee management.

Because we’re based all across Australia and New Zealand NetSuite makes it easy for us to handle financials in local currency as well as communicate about leave requests and reimbursements regardless of where we’re working from at that point in time. Not to mention this helps our head office stay on top of remote employee needs.

When it comes to managing our customer relationships we take our job very seriously. That’s why we’ve teamed up with HubSpot, one of the best CRM providers in the business. HubSpot allows us to seamlessly communicate with clients, prospects and subscribers while the software takes care of tracking the numbers. Hubspot is also a great tool for automation allowing us to ensure our subscribers receive the right content at the right time. 

But wait, there’s more! The dashboard system allows us to showcase the most valuable data for each aspect of our business simultaneously. This simplifies weekly reporting and allows teams to work together effortlessly. Since we believe sales and marketing are the core of any business we use Hubspot extensively to ensure that both teams are on track and communicating.

Aircall & Zoom

When you have a global workforce like we do communication is key. We rely on Aircall and Zoom to ensure our team is kept in the loop regardless of where they are. Zoom’s cloud-based video communications solution is easy to deploy, manage, and scale while Aircall allows us to create numbers in 100+ countries and begin onboarding teammates from multiple departments in a day.

It’s all about collaboration at Ogg and with our communications stack, we ensure every employee feels like they are part of the main team. Aircall also allows us to promptly follow up on missed calls, set operation hours and integrates with HubSpot to automatically import contacts and update report numbers.

Filling expense reports can be a tremendously time-consuming and dull task, especially when the receipts are paper. That’s why all of us here in the office praise the water Expenisfy walks on. Expensify automates expense reporting and tracking, from getting receipts to finalising expense reports. All we have to do is open up the app, snap a picture and viola a report is generated and sent off to NetSuite. 

When you take a picture of any receipt Expensify automatically transcribes the receipt data, the details are automatically coded and queued for reimbursement. Simultaneously if some unexpected expenses arise while we’re offline Expensify’s offline mode guarantees that our expense reports are always up-to-date.
